Do you offer videography?

We currently do not however we will be offering this service very soon.

Will there be a second shooter?

Yes, our Collection Services include two photographers. We can also add additional photographers to accommodate larger wedding events.

What kind of gear do you use?

Our team is equipped with Canon's Mark III's and IV's and each with an additional backup camera with top of the line Red Stripe lenses.

Do I have to order prints through you?

You do not however our store front uses a professional photo printing lab which we highly recommend. You invested in us for top quality work and so should where you print your photos. Photo labs make a huge difference and would only recommend Costco's printing lab for a quick print.

Are you insured?

Yes. We will provide your venue with a copy and additional insured certificate upon request.

What is your photography style?

Timeless and vibrant in color.

Does it matter if you have not shot at my particular venue before?

Absolutely not. In fact, this is a great way to have a photography team capture your event with fresh eyes and new perspective.

What is your opinion on having a first look?

One of the most controversial questions and our immediate answer will be "DO IT"! There has never been a couple regret this moment and in fact they were happy that they did it. There are a few factors to take into consideration but the two most important things to consider is will we have enough time to capture all your desired photos and will there be good quality of ambient lighting to work with.

How many hours do your packages offer?

Our Collection Services are Full Day Coverage. That means we are with you from the time of getting ready until the end of your reception. No need to worry about hourly rates.

Will Robert Hacman be my photographer?

Yes, Robert Hacman will be your lead photographer.

How long after our wedding will we see our photos?

Editing takes on average up to 4 weeks and up to 8 weeks during wedding season. What we like to do within the first week after your event is share some sneak peeks for you to enjoy until the remaining images have been perfected. We promise it is worth the wait!

We want you to be our photographer, what do we need to do next?

To reserve our services we only ask that you agree to our terms which are straight forward and a 25% deposit with the remaining balance to be paid on or before your event date.

Are the photos delivered edited?

Yes. All the photos we deliver to you are edited and delivered to you in Hi-res ready to download, print and share.

How many photos can I expect to be delivered?

You can expect to receive between 800-1500 edited pictures delivered. This depends on the amount of actual hours we are shooting and the different events happening throughout the your day.

My venue is very dark or out doors with minimal lighting

No worries here, we love lighting and manipulating it to capture your stunning moments. We use Godox wireless light system which gives us the ability to strategically place lighting around your venue to spotlight your event beautifully while preserving your up-lighting and not washing out your photos.

I don't know what to do in front of the camera, how do you approach this?

Not to worry. 90% of our clients say they are shy in front of the camera. We will guide you through every step of the way and make you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. We will let you know what looks flattering and what does not. We will also show you previews as the day goes on so you see just how stunning the images are turning out.
